    Thanks for your feedback!

    Good reading

Good series start. Somewhat predictable, but not all of it is predictable. I Plan to read the rest of the series.

    Anti-climactic

The book was interesting read, but a lot of the story line seemed rushed. There was a lot of build up to something major happening but the book ends before it does. It definitely keeps you wanting more so I will be reading the next in the series.

Gripping, read it in just a few hours!

Elaine Brogan is hunting down the man responsible for landing her doting father in jail. She throws herself into her studies determined to join the Secret Service. This is what kept me hooked, the way Elaine chooses to seek her revenge. It is an easy and absorbing read, technical details are kept to a minimum and Elaine's personal and work life are well-balanced. She faces a lot of internal conflict as she struggles with her career choice and the men in her life. All the elements of a great suspense thriller keep this novel moving at a fast pace and build the drama to the cliff-hanger on the last page! Mr Wells does an exceptional job of capturing a female perspective. Elaine is an ordinary young woman facing both common and more unusual challenges but at no point did I feel as if her attitude or her coping mechanisms were unrealistic. She has courage and guts but also shows her vulnerability.
