    A Wonderful Adventure

Devon, England 1811 "Life is always an adventure." Otherwise why live? Master spy Sir Simon's thoughts as he apprehended a man lurcking around trying to kill them. His team, the Legion, were working to eliminate the Typhon's, a group trying to take down the crown. When they came out, everyone got into a scuffle and Simon ended up going over the cliff. Dead? Athena, Lady Tremayne finds an unconscious man lying on her estate and she cannot believe it is Simon! She hated him! He was a murderer and of all things, she had thought she was in love with him at one time. Now as he wakes up, he has lost his memory and does not remember anything. How could she punish him for his prior transgressions if he did not remember them? Wow, this adventure started out from page one and did not stop until the end! Alanna Lucus has created a story with everything needed to keep the reader enthralled. Wonderful characters that have been through so much and are wounded inside but need to be happy. Spies, secrets, intrigue, hidden emotions, evil lurking and surprises all come together for an ending you do not want to miss!! I highly recommend this book and cannot wait until the next!
