    Mind blowing

I was unsure how this book would go as the blurb was enticing but vague however the storyline blew me away when it was revealed. Dani Atkins took a very emotional and contentious story and handled it with poignancy and delicacy and the decisions Beth and Izzy took throughout were well considered. This was well written from both women’s perspectives and it was easy to feel empathy for both. This is an incredible read, sensitively and thoughtfully written and I sincerely recommend it.

    An Unforgettable Story!

This is an unusual tale; it tells of love in it's purest form and will definitely touch your heart like no other. Beth Brandon is a widow. Five years on from her husband's death from cancer she still shares her daily life and decisions with him - and the latest one is a whopper. Izzy Vaughan, like Beth, married for life but finds herself estranged from her husband Pete and wonders how they got there. These two women are about to find out they have something in common - something entirely unforeseen which is going to impact on both their lives. Very different from other novels I've read from Dani Atkins, this unfolds slowly to reveal an unforgettable story which will leave you full of admiration for the understanding shown in writing it. Whatever you expect as the details come to the fore, I doubt very much that it's this. A truly inspiring read, and one I have enjoyed immensely! Highly recommended to anyone with an shred of compassion in their bones and, for me, this author's best novel so far and fully earns all five shining stars.
