    Hiking in the bush

I went to Australia for the second time with Jane Harper and after the exhausting day I took a fearfull but exciting trip, so real I almost felt the damp and the cold. I wonder where Jane Harper will be taking me next time.

    Force of Nature

Another gripping yarn from Jane Harper but be sure to read The Dry (the first Aaron Falk novel) first to understand his backstory.

    Thoroughly good read

I'm now 2 down with one to go, after reading my first Jane Harper in January and moving straight to the next! This is every bit as good as The Dry and as atmospheric but in a different way. That was intense heat and aridness, this is damp and cold and wet. The story is as riveting, great characters although it took me a few pages to get to grips with their differing personalities as there's quite a few names thrown at you, all at once! Highly recommended, and now I'm off to start reading The Lost Man 😁

like the TV program "Murder in Paradise"

I really enjoyed The Dry, as I read that book I felt the heat of Australia, it felt so well written, this book did not convey the wet dark drama in the forest as well. Also as a thriller when one member of the party disappears you have a limited character base to find the possible killer. This was a little like the TV program "Murder in Paradise"
