  • Mammon in Malmo

A gripping historical fiction; the kind you can't stop reading but also don't want it to end. Final notes are excellent. Torquil MacLeod never disappoints.

  • Mammom in Malmo

Excellent female detective nordic noir series. Have read them all now and hope for more in this series from Quentin Bates.

  • Another exciting interesting read from Torquil

I have read all the books in the series, this one of the best. Good characters, exciting political plot, hard to put down. A example of the Scandi style.

  • Anita Sundström Rocks

Torquil MacLeod gives us another enjoyable crime story with our down but not out heroine. There are nice historical tidbits of information and references. I like how the two story lines are woven together.

  • Who is the "inside man?"

We all know how cleverly stubborn Anita can be. She might have slipped up here...I figured out who "the inside man" was. Or did the author just want to give this reader a one up?

    Thanks for your feedback!
