    Very helpful.

    I do not read many self-help books, and when I do I generally find them not worth the effort. But this literally changed my life by teaching me to think in terms of mini habits.

    Highly recommended

    I've not started my mini habits yet. I'll post later for feedback. Sounds helpful though. I highly recommend to read mindset by Carol Dweck, the power of habits and at last this one to understand it at a deeper level.

    Common sense approach

    Short, simple strategy that reminds me of how I was taught to accomplish anything as a child - one baby step at a time - but this explains the science behind our brain's involvement - very inspiring. I can definitely see this being tremendously successful method!
