    Moon Kissed

From the first line of the book, i knew i would be hooked, the characters are rich, family oriented. I loved the honesty and the integrity of the brothers. The book is based on the supernatural, but what i took from it was that they were an everyday family whose paths were extrodinary. The little tidbits about the other brothers made me curious, This was about Myles but i want to know Solomon's story. Good fun read, likeable hero and herione and kickass female Riley who will need her own story.

"Moon Kissed" - Book 1 in the LaRue series.

I just finished reading this book June 30, 2018. This is my review. I really liked this book about Myles and Addison. This book is highly connected to Ms. Grant's Chiasson series. The LaRues are the Chiassons's cousins and both show up in each others' series. You can read this book as a stand alone but I suggest you read the first three books of the Chiasson series so you are familiar with all the characters and cross-series story lines. Myles is a werewolf. And he's the accountant for the bar him and his brothers own called Gator Bait. Addison is a human. She takes a job as a waitress at the bar Gator Bait to help save money for another semester of school. When she meets Myles, there's an instant attraction between them. Addison is not the kind of girl to make the first move but Myles isn't making a move either. When Addison is attacked by a vampire, Myles is there to save her...in his wolf form. She doesn't know anything about the paranormal world. So when Myles learns that Addison is being targeted by the evil Voodoo priestess Delphine, he just has to protect her. I don't want to say too much more about the story line. I don't want to spoil it for you. The story is a novella and moves along quickly and flows very well. The characters are interesting and intriguing. The romance between Myles and Addison was very well done. They have excellent chemistry together. Overall, this was a very good novella. I really liked it.
