    Interesting Insight

Great to read the story about how Dorthy came to be at the beginning of the series. It's always interesting to see how everyone's back story unfolds.

    Return to Oz

You do not have to read this prequil to understand Dorothy Must Die, but it gives perspective on why Dorothy became such a Bitch.

    Mehh

I'm not one for YA, but it was okay. Written too simply for my taste, but I had to finish it regardless.

    Dorothy is back!

At first when I read this book, I was worried it would engrave this image in my mind of Dorothy as an evil, twisted girl. Thankfully, now I simply see two versions of Dorothy. I really enjoyed this book, it gave me a totally new perspective on what could have happened after Dorothy clicked her heels and transported herself back to Kansas. To me, the story didn't really seem finished even after that. The wizard of Oz being one of my favourite tales, I think the book is written in a way that was believable for the kingdom over the rainbow, and I would definitely recommend it!
