    Silent Kill, aptly named.

Thoroughly enjoyed this. Peter Corris seems to get better every book. Not till the last page do you relax and take a deep breath. Then go looking for the next one.

    Silent kill

Bloody excellent - I have always enjoyed the Cliff Hardy stories, always felt I could taste what was going on. ...and rather than diminishing with age the stories and Cliff himself go from strength to strength with the human frailties creeping in adding a certain amount of "humanness". So while Cliff is still a tough sob, he Is also a father worrying about his daughter while swallowing handfuls of pills, the legacy of a near fatal heart attack.

    Silent Kill

A book for a weekend away or for that rainy day.

    Good Corris

Dependable if unsurprising writing. Less action than most of his. Somewhat predictable. More for existing fans.

    Riveting

Great read, very hard to put down, compelling. First one of Peter Corris's books I have read, I am looking forward to the next one.
