    Thanks for your feedback!

    Utterly brilliant

Wowsers....this book is fantastic. Spent my day reading this and occasionally slapping myself on the forehead for not reading any of Caroline Mitchell's books before (immediately downloaded ALL of them!) This book centers around Detective Ruby Preston and her team as they race to find the killer that has left a series of macabre bodies cleaned and transformed into traditional fairytale charachters (I will never be able to read Cinderella to my daughter again after reading the real version of the story). To make matters even worse someone is trying to frame Ruby's old /current boyfriend for the murders. Ruby knows deep down that Nathan Crosby couldn't do something like this but with her superiors on the hunt for him she has to work quickly as the bodies pile up. I loved Ruby and Nathan's relationship it was very real and not overly slushy. I loved Ash and felt that his charachter was written so well. The Doctor was portrayed very well and his disfigurement was left to my warped imagination to figure out how terrifying he looked (not gonna lie I'm probably not going to sleep tonight). And just when you think it's all over Caroline Mitchell hits you over the head with a sledgehammer of a twist. Overall I give this book a squillion out of ten.....wait....no....I give it a squillion and one (",)

    Blink

Often in life grief can take over our world without us even being aware of it and the consequences to those around us. Friend or foe comes to mind as I look at all the people involved in this story. The ending is so unexpected that you will be as surprised as I was.

Murder Game book 3 in the Ruby Preston series.

Caroline Mitcheĺl really puts mystery in her mysteries! You are always surprised at the very end of the story! Each character has strengths and weeknesses...no one is the perfect human being....least of all Ruby! Looking forward to the next detective series....i bought them all!

    A killer of a thriller

True stellar Detectives have such little time for personal loving or living. So it was a surprise to see a glimmer of hope for Detective Ruby. Cannot wait for the next novel and see her true love blossom with her one true love.

    Twisted Fairytale Murders

One thing I have to say about Caroline Mitchell is she knows how to write a cracking prologue. Just like Love you to Death, Sleep Tight kicks off with a very chilling start to set the scene! And the story does not get to thaw out as Ruby’s investigative skills are truly tested in this twisted tale. Once again, Ruby’s life is turned upside down both personally and professionally as she hunts an evil, sick killer – her colleagues are gunning for her childhood sweetheart Nathan. Ruby’s actions are under scrutiny and her loyalties are tested and questioned. Could this be the case that could destroy her?! Personally I don’t have a fear of doctors (I know some do) and to me, The Doctor is a time travelling earth saving Gallifreyan (preferably one who wears Converse high tops and shouts Allons-y with Rose Tyler in tow, if you catch my drift). But The Doctor Caroline Mitchell has created couldn’t be further from that friendly image. He’s a scalpel wielding cold hearted killer out to terrorise the streets of London. He’s a sinister being not to be messed with. But Ruby Preston must step up to the plate and take him on. Will she catch him before the clock runs out and he completes his dastardly plan? You’ll have to read this chilling crime thriller to find out. Needless to say, I loved this second instalment of the Ruby Preston series. I’ve read all of Caroline Mitchell’s fictional stories and I haven’t read one thing I didn’t like. I thought Love You To Death was chilling; Caroline Mitchell has exceeded herself with Sleep Tight. The use of the fairy tale re-enactments as the Grimm Brothers originally wrote them is very twisted – loved it! If you enjoyed reading Love You To Death, you are so in for a treat with this follow-up. Its so dark and twisted, it’ll grab you by the throat and not let you go until the fast paced tale is done! A massive thank you to Bookouture for my advanced reader copy of this twisted crime thriller. When’s book 3 out?? #NoPressureCaroline
