    Great book

I laughed, I cried, and I couldn't put it down. I was left wanting more, but not upset that there wasn't more. Light read, enjoyable book.

    Spring at Blueberry Bay.

A lovely romance with lots of family love and relationships all tangled together. I want to visit 'Rose Island' and meet the people there and be cuddled up into their lives.

    I wish I liked it.

I liked the books she wrote as Amelia Thorne and Fairytale Beginnings, so I bought this based on those previous works. I wish I liked it. Somehow, way before I read this book I knew I wouldn't like it because I kept putting it off. The dialogue was too contrived - it almost felt like it was a narration rather than actual conversation happening between the characters. The conflict wasn't interesting as well. I found myself rolling my eyes often which is opposite to the 'feel good' theme the book was trying to sell. I'm all for silly plot lines, as long as I'm having fun, but it all became a bit too cheesy too soon. I wanted to read about Rome's story, but if it's going to be written the same way, I guess I'll just settle for his part in this book.
