    Strange indeed

I've read all the expanse novels and novellas. This one was very different. It touched on my favourite kind of story, the colonisation of a brave new world but also on a certain classic by Stephen King. It all made sense in the end. But what I still wonder, and that's the best part, is how this fits into the overall story and universe of The Expanse. I'll just have to wait and see.

A small corner of the new and weird Expanse

For those familiar with the Expanse universe - it is a well crafted and interesting short novel, that gives us a closer, smaller scale view into what humanity is finding on the other side of the Gates. The choice of an adolescent's view point gives a better understanding of the weirdness of what might be "out there, beyond the stars." It was an enjoyable diversion from the series primary story arc.

    Good

Nothing to complain about. The expanse is never disappointing.
