Another good mystery by Alex Sinclair!

Grace Dalton just wants to get through the loss of her husband. John was killed by a hit and run driver while she helplessly watched from across the street. After six weeks of hiding in her darkened house she begins to realize that she must accept that John is gone. As she attempts to take steps towards coming out of the depression she has succumbed to, Grace begins to see John and makes some upsetting discoveries. We travel with Grace on the ups and downs of accepting the death of a loved one. Every time she takes a step forward, something happens to drag her back down. The characters are rich and easily believable. The story grabs you from the beginning and doesn’t let go. Written to fluctuate between Then and Now, each chapter drops clues and red herrings. Every time the reader decides the mystery has been solved, a new twist breaks the theory to pieces. Alex Sinclair is quickly becoming a very well-known and respected mystery writer. His latest novel boost that distinction. I thoroughly enjoyed his previous book and Tell Me No Lies is just as exceptional. Already waiting for the next one to be published. I received an ARC from NetGalley for an honest review.

    Dont bother

Sorry but this is tedious in the extreme. The writing is repetitive with too much inconsequential detail. Fails to build up suspense and the main characters are unbelievable.

I enjoyed this book. It was a surprise ending that I never saw coming. A good read.

    Tell me no lies

Couldn't put it down! Unexpected ending. Not at all what I expected.

    Not good.

Not good. 90% jibberish filler. Juvenile. Maybe later books better but will not take that chance.
