    Couldn't put it down

I loved every page of this book. I have spent quite a lot of time in Gosport while my son did 2 postings there and crossed from Portsmouth on the ferry and this book took me back there. I loved learning about its history. I do hope there will be more books about Gosport from Rosie I look forward to reading them.

    The Ferry Girls

The story is about a young girl, born in the war to her parents. Her father was German and her mother was English. So she was classed as German. It has a good story of what she had to do to overcome that problem. And how she went to live in Gosport working on the ferry boats. Very well written
