  • impressive storyline

This book was provided to me from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. This is starts with the wedding of Vivien and Ashton. Ashton is a wealthy neurosurgeon and Vivien has tailored her life to fit into Ashton’s world. They have the perfect marriage… or do they? Vivien and Ashton have a long-time relationship, except, only one of them knows it. Secrets are around every corner. But they are buried deeper than anyone knows. This is definitely a “till the end” kind of story. This book is set in Beaufort South Carolina and is very descriptive. I was impressed with this story, and would recommend it. Thank you NetGalley, Arianne Richmonde and Bookouture.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • A Book That Will keep You Guessing.........

Viviene and Ashton Buchanan are in perfect, newlywed bliss, or so it seems. Ashton is a renowned neurosurgeon and Viviene tries her very best to be the perfect, caring, and loving wife to match. Viviene spends her days volunteering at the local community center and even offers one of the runaway teens she is helping to stay in their guest house. Suddenly bruises start appearing on her arms as if somebody has pinched her! And on another occasion a black eye, however, she keeps making excuses, protecting her husband, telling everyone that their marriage is perfect. This book is an unusual thriller, full of twists and turns that will keep you guessing and coming back for more. Enjoyed this book immensely, highly recommended. My thanks to Netgalley, Bookouture, and Arianne Richmonde for the opportunity to read this book in exchange for a fair and honest review. Summary: Lots of twists and turns that will keep you guessing .....

  • A thrilling read

You never really know what goes on behind closed doors in a couples relationship. What is perceived and presented to be a perfect marriage on the outside, can be anything but on the inside and Arianne Richmonde’s, The Newlyweds, delves into this and so much more! The story plays out like a movie, and the reader is taken on a journey into the seemingly perfect life of Vivien, a volunteer charity worker and Ashton, a surgeon. Recently married, the couple are the envy of their friends but, behind the scenes, it is a different story when domestic abuse is implied. But there is more to this story than meets the eye… The Newlyweds is one twisted read that caught me off guard and had me completely in the dark as to how it was going to unfold. Normally I can pick where things are heading in these type of stories but, Arianne Richmonde outsmarted me throughout, as each unexpected twist she revealed outdid the last! Arianne Richmonde has created a thrilling tale that will have you hooked and reading long into the night. My second book from her, I really enjoy her style of storytelling and I look forward to reading what she comes up with next. It was a pleasure to read and review The Newlyweds which I recommend.

Okay I must say this one just blew me away. It's not like keeps you on the edge of your seat thriller but mostly playing with your mind. It has clues, and you think that you know what's going on..and maybe you are but it has so much twists and turns.

  • Tremendously Twisted!

The Newlyweds by Arianne Richmonde is a demonically twisted tale of domestic suspense! It all starts off benignly enough although one gets the sense something is off. As the story progresses more twisty layers are revealed. The ending is a real shocker!
