    The Twenty-Three

This was the 3rd book in the trilogy where all the ends get tied up. So many characters and sub plots in preceeding two books. It wasn't until this final book that the reader could start to make predictions. One of the sub plots was left hanging though - disappointing.

    A good story

A good story, however the ending felt a little rushed and a few of the characters storylines felt incomplete. An enjoyable trilogy none the less.

    Ok ending for a trilogy

The book picks up in the middle. Then you'll soon realise that nothing mind blowing is going to happen towards the end. It probably would get a better rating if it is a standalone book. The ending doesn't really do justice to the build up from the first 2 in the series. Also considering that the 2nd book was very disappointing, you would expect this final one needs to make up for it in a spectacular way.
