    Vet on the Loose

This book was an enjoyable, easy read. The veterinarian, Gillian Hick, shares her learning experiences, her challenges, and her frustrations of her first year of practice. As a female vet, she also shares gently and with good humor her forays into the male-dominated profession. I look forward to roaming the hills of Wicklow with her in her next book.

    Vet on the run.

Very descriptive, funny and as busy as the vets. Some of the surgery was description left the imagination running wild. Very good book.

    An enjoyable read.

I never thought I would be able to read this book having had to put down two of my cats last year. Nonetheless I enjoyed this book very much. I remember driving through the Wicklow mountains a few years ago, such a beautiful place. I recommend this book.
