    Nice book

    This book contains a lot of useful information about eating healthy for everyone. Anyone – not just a diabetic person can benefits from this book. With sections on reasons why eating like a diabetic are healthy options to exactly what foods a diabetic should eat. It also contains tips and tricks on how to cut your sugar content and maintain it as if it will be part of your daily routine. I recommend this book to those who want to to start to have a health living and eat healthy.
