    Thanks for your feedback!

A story 4 young to learn & old 2 remember.

This book is an opposite to the fables which teaches children by negative consequences, ie, The Frog and the Crocodile. When the crocodile assists the frog, the crocodile plans to eat the frog and the frog plans to outsmart the crocodile. However we know how those fables end. A Horse of a Different Color is about cooperation, and sharing your talents to assist others to realize their dreams. The reward for help is appreciation. Teddi-kitty is tiny but dreams big. She needs help to achieve her goal. When she shares her dream, she is assisted by helpful creatures in their environment who do what they can to move Teddi-kitty toward her goal. Each time she overcomes an obstacle she is reminded that others have helped her along the way. Teddi-kitty shows her appreciation with words and actions. I enjoyed this story which uses positive examples of cooperation and sharing. This is a story for many ages, those who will be first time learners and those who are older and may need a reminder that we need others to accomplish our goals. And the benefit for sharing is always the welcomed appreciation.
