    Interesting and heartfelt

Sheryl does a good job of balancing both personal anecdotes and psychological tips and information. Interesting perspectives on loss, though nothing too earth shattering here.

    Option B > Option A

The second book written by Sheryl Sandberg which I have read and found to be very interesting and full of insights and this book emphasizes the author's life after the death of her husband Dave Goldberg and how she learns to cope and adapt to life without her beloved husband. Many examples in the book involve people who build up their resilience after encountering life setbacks such as loss of a loved one, hit by a serious illness or accident, divorced with kids, career threatening with risk of bankruptcy and many more. This book gives us hope that when we run out of Option A, we can always look for Option B and as long as we adapt ourselves with strength, resilience and strong will, Option B may be the best option for people facing adversity and real crisis...
