    Thanks for your feedback!

A celebratory lauriat of varying flavours

A banquet of differing story flavours showcasing a range of Chinese-heritage authors' works, with plenty of excitement, creativity, bittersweet romance and wry humour. I particularly enjoyed pieces like "Goin' down to Anglotown" which explored alternate histories where our own timeline's prevalent memes or prejudices could be flipped and reexamined? Would have enjoyed inclusion of a few truly comedic pieces to leaven the tone which collectively might perhaps verge on the melancholy, but appreciated nearly all of the included works - several in fact felt as if they would make strong first chapters for potential novels? Daw's usual somewhat lacklustre copyediting was a little distracting (most notably the inconsistency of italicisation appearing throughout?) but not irreparably so.
