    Mindfulness for everyday people.

    Always been interested in mindfulness as an extremely stressed person who refused medication. What always put me off was the weirdness. Meditation??? Surely that's for those far out people and those who like to "hommmm" their way through life. Well absolutely not. Ruby's take on this made me feel at ease and that finally someone really understood me. In a short time mindfulness has made a huge difference. I feel happy and my relationships have improved. I'm more aware of myself and now notice when my stress levels are rising helping me to stop and relax before I see red and start attacking those around me. Thanks Ruby x

    A new look at life

    A book you never thought you needed to read. Help for everyday life through a few exercises . It even helps with insomnia. A bit too technical in places but you can skip through these. I'm going to buy the book just to follow the six week course.
