    Very entertaining read

This would have got five stars if it could have kept the suspense going to the end. Really well written characters that I found very easy to like and sympathise with and the storyline is brilliant but the ending is given away too soon in my opinion. Also there are parts of the story that could have been expanded on as that would have made the last scene make more sense. You are very much left to draw your own conclusions on some things.

    Lie in Wait

New to this author and didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did. I was definitely pleasantly surprised. Would have preferred a bit more oomph. But nevertheless it did keep me turning the pages.

    A little scatty

This book kept my attention and made me think, however the multiple story lines and time frame jumping made it hard to follow at times. It all tied together well in the end, but the lack of cohesion and underdevelopment of characters left me wanting.

    Lie in wait

Worth the wait to find out who did it and how such a clever savant was finally tripped up. You identify with him even though the crime is horrible.

    Lie in Wait

Well written, full of twists and turns and suspense and showing the dreadful outcomes arising from a life of bullying and harassment of a person of low achievement but who acquires an almost feral level of cunning. In addition, the " victim" becomes the perpetrator of vicious criminal acts whilst deluding himself of his right to do these things . All in all, a very good read!!!.
