    CHEESEFASTIC!!

I have always loved the Meg series by Steve Alten and this is probably my 5th or 6th time reading each one. If you thought the movie and or the novel Jaws was scary I can promise you this is a beast of a different kind and hella scary. The first three book's the plotline stays pretty tight. Sure there are a few "see it coming" parts as well as some cheesy not plausible moments but there's also many cleverly written facts and information. If you love all thing's shark, megalodons and palm sweating moments, this book as well as the rest of the Meg book's are for you!! Maybe best of all, this series brings a lot of attention not only to the deep dark unexplored area's of our ocean as well as the Trench. The question being "what" quite seriously could be someday be discovered lurking in those depths!

Meg a novel of deep terror

Es un libro muy interesante, nos narra la historia de un Carcharodon Megalodon sobreviviente a la era glaciar y por cierto está causando problemas en la isla Mariana y alrededor del mundo.

MEG A novel of deep terror

Characters seemed a bit unformed. The premise of this novel is very technical but repetitive. It did get exciting at times but drifted into implausible when the main character went inside the monster, and came out alive. It bordered on the absurd at times, relying on scientific jargon to add realism.
