    Great!

Honest and enough information to see behind the curtains, but clearly demonstrates his loyalty in his choice of words. Left me with a high level of respect for his approach to "later life". Thanks Lorne

Another great MC book by Edwards.

This is the third Peter Edwards book on the outlaw motorcycle club culture that I have read. Where the Bandidos Massacre is about the wannabes, and Hard Road is about a man who sacrifices much of his personal life for the sake of the club, this book is more about the pure biker. Campell is no wanna be as he lives and breathes biker culture, and his personal life is much less complicated than Bernie Guindon's. Peter Edward's strength in writing about this topic is that he keeps the moralizing to a minimum. He lets the story come out through the actors, and very carefully picks his moments for editorializing comments. An excellent book from an excellent writer.

    Great book

I loved this book. Maybe its because I know the Oshawa streets described and worked near the Queen and Broad view Paradice Riders clubhouse that it felt so real to me. I loved the honesty of the stories, complete with humour, street honour, and sometimes horror. This is certainly one of the best true crime books I have read.
