I absolutely loved this book. I had a hard time putting it down. This book has helped me better understand the way of life of Amish families. Ellie has a very strong character and a very good heart. That is what I liked about her. .

    Thanks for your feedback!

Compelling story line that keeps you absorbed to the end. Gives a fascinating insight into the Amish way of life, as well as dispelling myths about Amish beliefs and convictions. I found it enlightening, emotive, and humanizing, and really didn't expect the ending to be as it was. I'm a big fan of Jodi Picoult and found this to be the most captivating of her books thus far.
