    The 8 Hour Diet

    This "diet" approach seems logical as you're reading about the science behind it. Now, I'll put it into practice and see if it actually works!

    8 hour diet

    Might work for me as eat healthily anyway, would stop snacking in the evening. Bit gimmicky as everything is 8. Exercise, prep of meals , 8 power foods etc . White a lot of repetition.

    Very well written and readable for a diet book. The theories are definitely a new take on what we have all been taught for years. It appears very do-able without a lot of self denial. Sure hope it works!!

    looked interesting

    when you think about it we all ALREADY do it! it was interesting to read about and gave me some insight into what I was doing and eating. overall I really enjoyed this book.
