    Extreme Ownership

An incredible book with valuable insight on the lessons learned in war, and their application to business. The authors challenge the reader to take responsibility for short comings and embrace solutions. I would recommend this as a read for anyone in the business world.

    Better leadership

This and the sequel. The dichotomy of leadership are quintessential for the autodidact leader. Leadership is worked on. It's a point of view. It's a different look with decentralized command in management and helpful in empathy within a professional setting. It allows personal problems life to interfere like a plant into concrete, but it is more easily embraced as a team without much wasted effort if executed well. If you only pull away 10 percent away from this book, you will definitely shine in a new way to others and begin a better path in communication, management, and of course, extreme ownership. It doesnt mean you are all to blame, it means you have more input than you may know now in ways to assist you're team, work family, home family, friends and passersby.
