  • Cade and Presley!

Cade is the eldest in a boisterous and loving blended family. He and his step-brother Jed own a brewery and are looking to expand and the perfect commercial space has become available next to their business. The only problem is that a newcomer with ties to the tie is not only laying claim to the space but to his heart as well. Presley has her reasons for coming to town and once she arrives it feels more like home than her live in NY ever did. She is embraced by the townspeople and decides to takeover the office space and a friendship develops between her and Cade. The friendship evolves into something deeper but when feelings become evolved will the past destroy the future they could have together? This is a sweet and sexy story about love, family and healing. Even though Presley and Cade have their challenges you can’t go wrong when you are supported by the Greene family. I listened to an audio copy of the book and the narrators were a perfect choice for the story and the characters.

  • Great New Series

This is the first book in Piper Rayne's new Greene Family series. It starts out with a winner of a story. Cade is the oldest of the blended Greene family. Presley comes to Sunrise Bay, Alaska with secrets of her own. Cade and his brother, Jed own a bar/brewery called Truth or Dare. The shop next to them was owned by the mother of one of their friends and they start planning their expansion before the will is read and can buy it. Being the oldest, Cade has some hangups about his mother's death. Presley has her own hangups. They are attracted to each other and decide to start a friends with benefits relationship. Of course, there are problems involved. I love how all the Greene family take care of each other. Grandma Ethel (yes, Dori's partner in crime from the previous Bailey stories) gets involved in trying to get Cade and Presley together. Joe Arden and Erin Mallon are wonderful narrators giving voices to all the characters. I received an ARC of the audio of this book and I'm leaving my honest review.

  • My Beautiful Neighbor

"You’re in. You're already in my heart. I'm not sure I could keep you out no matter how hard I tried." ⁣ My Beautiful Neighbor brings us back to Alaska with another large family to fall in love with. ⁣ Cade and his stepbrother are looking to expand their brewery as the store next to them is becoming available. That is until the new girl in town, Presley, finds out she is inheriting the store and decides to open a bookstore. ⁣ Cade and Presley's story introduces us to the Greene family and sets us up for what is bound to be another awesome series set in Alaska. We get some cameos from Lake Starlight as well as the classic Piper Rayne laughter and tears. I can not wait for the next books in this series. ⁣ Audio: Joe Arden and Erin Mallon did a great job with this story as always.

  • A Winner!

Piper Rayne has another winner with this book and this series. If small towns in Alaska are like Sunrise Bay, I would almost want to live there. (If it was not so far away and so cold.) I love both Cade and Presley. This story is very emotional, but at the same time, is so funny. I really like this combination. It also grabs you into the storyline on the first page, and never lets you go. The narrators, Joe Arden and Erin Mallon, just add to the story. They make a winning combination. I very highly recommend this book, whether you read it, or listen to it. I am ready and impatient for the next one.
