    Thanks for your feedback!

    Gripping story.

Lisa See writes wonderful stories about strong relationships between women. She uses these characters to tell a wider story with fascinating information and insights into cultures different from mine. I purchased the audiobook and I love Jennifer Lim as narrator. This book is my favourite of hers thus far. I had never heard of the haenyeo. Through this book I was also transported to the struggles and horrors suffered by the Korean people and I was brought to tears or more than 1 occasion. Right after I finished the audiobook, I told my Mother about it and we are now listening to it together.
