The Power of Habit was an amazing book. It was an easy read didn't take long and provided a lot of insight into the types of things that are involved in a habit. The triggers as well as routines and rewards of your habits are thoroughly explained and once you recognize how a habit works you able to start to see what habits you have in your life and think about how to change them. The examples provided within the book on how habits form and how they affect people's lives were interesting and relevant. If you are somebody who is looking to change a habit or who's looking to develop good habits rather than bad habits this book is a must-read

Normally I don’t like the filler type stories that come with most self-help books. Like all others, the meat of this book is at the very end making the stories the largest part. But this time I found the stories necessary to help give a point of reference to better implement the 5 steps to creating a better habit. Sure you can skip to the end but I think this time you’ll be missing out.
