  • Truly profound

One of the books highly recommended by Timber Hawkeye of the Buddhist Bootcamp podcast. I read it in order to try to overcome the stress and irritation which I felt were getting in the way of my enjoyment of life. I was delighted to find that this book teaches you how to transcend these petty concerns and appreciate all that life has to offer through using only the simplest of techniques. If you read only one book in the next decade, make it this one.

  • The path to inner peace

Super mind opening concepts and approaches to life and thinking. Some are tough to grasp and put into practice, but it’s all about gradually moving toward the Dao, the balanced Middle. I gained a lot from this book and am so grateful!
