    Best diet book ever

    Honestly the easiest diet book ever. Superb title! Adorable Bob on the cover-can't go wrong. Best rules from this book? No carbs after lunch and get thine hiney to bed hungry. Didn't we go to bed hungry as kids when we were bad? We know how to do it. Plus Bob tells us all the cool fat burning chemistry that happens as we sleep hungry. Thanks Bob.
