Great read, very well written and insightful. It 's wonderful to read about real person such as Dan Harris and his struggle for person success.....the rest falls into place. Dam Harris is a role model for others to follow through his courageous efforts to write his book and be 100 % honest to achieve his 10% Happier.

Great read. Totally different look at meditation

Well worth the time to read. Will change your life if you let it. Allows for getting value from meditation without spirituality muddying the waters. Thanks dan.

    10% Happier

This book spoke to me on so many different levels. Dan Harris affirms meditation is hard work, but the rewards are there for those who commit. I admire Dan's brutal honesty, self-deprecating humour, and his common sense approach. He sees through the fads and the fakes and is not shy to name them. He loves his wife and family and never loses sight of that utmost priority. I learned so much from this book!!! Thank you Dan.

    Inspiring

It kept you wanting to turn page after page to learn more both about the author's own life but also how meditation became the tool which managed the voice in his head. It was very well written, spiced with so many sophisticated words that a person would expand their vocabulary greatly if they looked them all up. An entertaining, educational, captivating and most humorous book.
