    make quick meals for busy people who dont have enough time to make or prepare other food that takes lots of time to make.

    Love this book

    I started the Dash Diet in March last month and have lost total 25 lbs and the support you get from the facebook page from the author of this book. I received my cookbook this week have looked it over and this is going to help me greatly. The book is very well done clear and easy to follow. The pictures are bright and colorful makes you want to go out and cook the meals they show. Sherry Smith is a great writer and very knowledgeable in the area of healthy eating and exercise. I recommend this book.
