  • Page turner!

At last, a book on the Windsors which does NOT revolve around clothes and gossip. While there are one or two historical boners, the book is generally well researched. It is well paced and it certainly casts some new light on some old -but explosive - files.

    Thanks for your feedback!

In some ways it was an interesting read about a time before and shortly after my birth in 1940. In others I found it to be a boring effort with too much duplication of events and ideas.

An excellent read on the life of Edward and Wallis and their relationship with Adolph Hitler and the Nazis.

  • 17 Carnations.

Well done, but the book suddenly, goes into politics, and I expected more personal details, fashions, jewellery etc."That Woman" had a sense of fashion and some strange habits, did she really iron money or say "your never too rich or too thin"??

    Thanks for your feedback!
