    A long way gone

Wow, this story is heart wrenching. It makes one think differently about judging another human. God can use any tramatic experience to help another person through a trying and painful time. Good good read.

    Gripping

I love this book, I have read quite a number of books but this book is by far one of my best. Ishmael Beah a wonder and vivid author and the fact that he was a child soldier and shared his story is even more realistic, however I did not fancy the ending it was rather dry and abrupt
