There is plenty of steam in the desert.

Michelle Beattie 5th installment in her Frontier Montana series continues to give us a fresh look at a western romance. In this installment. Paige has had problems one her land since they purchased it. Cattle being slaughtered wasn't bad enough. Her husband died 9 months ago and Paige doesn't believe that it was an accident. She will not leave her ranch and their dream. Being a woman running a ranch by herself would be impossible. Which is why she is grateful for her two ranch hands. She accidentally shot a marshal thinking he's the one killing her cattle. He turns out to not only want to help her but also makes her feel things she hasn't in a long time. While trying to prove a neighboring rancher is responsible for all her trouble including her husband's death. They trust the wrong person and instead of losing her ranch she may lose her life.
