  • A Royal Christmas Gift

I was just settling into the story, when it ended! Seriously, a Christmas cliffhanger? Anna Lee doesn't know that she will have problems in the future, when she receives a houseguest Nick, at her inn. Nick is hiding out in Alabama at an inn, until he can return home, to Calloway Island. While hiding out with Anna Lee, Nick realizes what he is missing in his life and what he wants. I enjoyed this book and can't wait to read what happens next! I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review

  • Great read

Due to troubles in his small island nation, Prince Nicholas Worthington is forced into hiding and finds himself in a small town in Alabama. Posing as an inspector from the National Historical Society, he convinces Anna Lee to let him stay in her home to oversee the restoration and conversion to a B&B. He's only there for two weeks but in that short time he has come to care for Anna very much. Fearing he is putting her in danger, he disappears into the night..... Bad news - I didn't realize it when I started reading but this one has a bit of a cliffhanger with the story continuing in the next book. Good news - It's a great read and luckily we don't have to wait long for the next book. I would definitely recommend this one!

  • A Royal Christmas Romance

Prince Nicholas has gone into hiding with the FBI, to bring his small country of Calloway to safety. He poses as a Historical agent to approve grants for restoration. He ends up in Alabama at Anna Lee's house. He is only there for two weeks. As their relationship develops, Nick must decide whether to follow his heart or the safety of his country. I really enjoyed these two well written characters in the short story. What's not to love a prince and a southern belle. Great secondary characters too. I was a little sad on how the book ended, but at least you get a sneak peak in the next installment of the story. I can't wait to read the next book. This makes for the perfect Christmas romance. I received this book from netgalley for an honest review.

  • A Christmas Prince

Turning Calloway Island over to the U.S. means Prince Nicholas will need a place to hide out to keep out of danger. Agent Thompson has found a possibility in Daleville, Alabama, more specifically with Anna Lee Brody. A small town; remote rural setting, this could be the best place to hide out. An unsuspecting Anna Lee is feeling like her dream of turning their family home into a B&B isn’t going to work out. She is running out of money and still has a lot of renovations to do. Enter Nick (Prince Nicholas) with a story that he works for the National Historical Society and Anna Lee’s place happens to be on the list for a grant to help restore her home. However, she ends up with more than she bargained for. Nick has stolen her heart and she is in love. Just before Christmas, Nick up and disappears with a note that he will be back. Have faith and believe. I loved this story and was disappointed when the story ended so abruptly. I am not sure I can wait too much longer to read the second part of this story in Prince in Plain Sight. I enjoyed the characters as well as the premise of the book. Could we be looking forward to a bit of danger in the second part?
