    A Taste for A Mate

Initially the prologue to this book had me totally confused until I got into the story itself when events made me go 'a-ha'. Even if the prologue hadn't already made me consider the Central Pack evil, the entire books (and subsequent books in the series) made me want the Central Pack dead. It was frustrating to see Jasper and Willow keep experiencing barriers to their happiness every time things started going well and even the HEA had an element of bittersweetness due to the hero Jasper's brother Reed being kidnapped. I appreciated the way that the book helped expand on roles within the Redwood Pack and how the Pack interacts each other, especially since this was done in a way that felt like an integral part of the book and not providing information for the sake of it.

    Loved the book

ARC - I voluntarily offered to review this book with no obligations and my opinions are honest! This was a great read! I love the storytelling. The interaction between Jasper + Willow was so cute + sexy at the same time. They did feel attraction toward each other. I would recommend this book. HEA ending!

    Loved this Book!!

This story is exciting, fast paced and lots of action. Jasper and Willow have a beautiful relationship and I loved the werewolf scenes. The story will keep you flipping pages and not wanting it to end. Carrie Ann Ryan is an amazing storyteller and I highly recommend this book. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Good but needs a thorough proofread!

Simply proofread and correct multiple typos and use of words (homonyms like coarse and course!) would really help. Otherwise, a nice read for the weekend

    Story has potential

I liked the characters. Willow as a much stronger female lead than Mel was in book 1. However, I feel like she just gave in a little too easily with everything. She had only spoken to Jasper once before she was in love with him. It just was a little too rushed for me. The chemistry there and so is the romance it just needs a little extra push. I did like getting to know more about the pack and the inner working of what goes on with them. I think this will help set up for the other stories. I really want to love this series. I think it has great potential.
