    Bunny Slippers to the Rescue

Fans of Roane's Blood Rose series will be thrilled to know that the realm continues with a time travel twist. Emily is fae/vampire with time time travel ability. Going back to the time when her fiance's brother won her heart triggers a chain of events that reveals her being a blood rose. Same amazing characters appear from the Blood Rose series along with the appearance of a new foe to the peace of the Realm. Cute little bunny slippers to the rescue. *A copy of this book was provided to me by author with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion.

    New enemies

Three and a half from me I readily admit that I enjoyed the authors Blood Rose stories particularly as the series progressed but when I saw the synopsis for this book I was a tad apprehensive . It's the idea you see of living with one brother whilst being crazy in love with his twin! I wasn't sure how it could be believable and not kind of creepy but rest assured the author does a very creditable job on what is actually a novella so definitely not a full length read. First I must say how surprised I was that the couple are actually fleshed out quite well. No we don't learn their life stories but we do get a pretty all encompassing look at their relationship so far and just why things are how they are. An added bonus is the fact that the author has reprised her idea of the departed helping the living which enabled me to better understand the status quo .Now add in her new idea of time travel and I think there is quite a lot of mileage left to be explored. I'm still a little unsure how the newer enemies of the Nine Realms will continue but will happily read the next book and hope that it's a full length one with lots going on . A copy of this book was provided to me with no requirements for a review. I voluntarily read this book and my comments here are my honest opinion.
