    Another Great Story

When I received this book I immediately put it ahead of the other books in my unread queue. I was not disappointed. Each new adventure with Juliet and Pete is a wonderful escape to a different world. Juliet is drawn into another police investigation when one of her neighbors is killed, and other young women go missing. After warning her away, the police begin to ask for her help as She and Pete begin to uncover a strange conspiracy among medical professionals. The sexual tension between Pete and Juliet is palpable, but not acted on. Juliet's relationship with her "handsome hunk" fades as he sinks into his own baggage. The ending is suspenseful and satisfying, with a possible new romantic interest popping up as well. I look forward to more visits to Java Jive as new stories are developed.

Caroline Fardig's A Whole Latte Murd

Juliet Langley, better known as the Red Headed She Devil, is the coffeehouse manager of Java Jive and an occasional amateur sleuth. The coffeehouse is in a college town. Everyone is on edge due to the disappearance of a coed. Then Juliet finds her neighbor dead in the bathtub with a toaster in the bath water. Seems Juliet has a knack at finding dead bodies. The police warn Juliet to stay out of the investigation until one of the Java Jive employees goes missing. Then she gets involved. Suspense, intrigue, danger, many puzzle pieces to the murder provide an adventure with many twists, turns, break ups, hit and run, broken bones new romantic beginnings and humorous shenanigans. It is the third book in A Java Jive Mystery series. It can be read as a stand alone. Great read. I highly recommend this book. I volunteered to read the Advanced Reader Copy. Thank you to Alibi via Net Gallery for this eBook. My opinion is my own.

    Engaging Cozy Mystery!

Things seem to be going well for Juliet. Java Jive, the coffeehouse she runs is thriving; her romance with Ryder is fun and easygoing. Then things start falling apart. Ryder went from working vice to working homicide, under Detective Cromwell. (Who isn't too popular with Juliet!) Juliet would worry for his safety all the time. Then young women start disappearing, worse still being murdered! The murders get up close and personal to Juliet... An engaging, pleasant cozy murder mystery! Juliet, Pete and the other character's keep the story moving with their antics and sleuthing; the mystery itself is intriguing. 3 1/2 stars. Book free for honest review from Netgalley and publisher.

    Great title!

Loved this book. Language used made it fun. A not so heavy read but still had suspense and mystery. 😊
