    All Fired Up

This is an opposites attract romance with a bit of suspense thrown in and with a splash of heat or maybe more of a LOT of heat. Charlotte has worked with the Crews brothers and kept them in line for years and watched them find their happy endings. She would like hers but she has certain things she is looking for and bad boys are not part of that, in fact, the more boring the better...or so she thinks. That is until she is stranded on the side of the road and Mitch Crews comes to her rescue. He is definitely not boring and is the definition of bad boy, through and through. Mitch has come to town looking for his family and that did not include getting involved but the heart wants what the heart wants. This story can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading all three as I really enjoyed this one more than the first two but really recommend all three. **Received this ARC for review from the publisher via NetGalley**

    Contemporary Romantic Suspense

All Fired Up by Lori Foster Road to Love #3 Family...something that Mitch has been missing all of his life. His mother more interested in drugs and the men who provided them. His father sometimes there but mostly away. More bad alone times and miserable situations than he wants to think about...well...family sounds like a good thing and he does have two half brothers that might fit the bill. So off he heads to see if he can connect with Brodie and Jack Crews hoping that he might find more than the nothing he has had so far. Little did Mitch know that the damsel in distress he offered to help at the side of the road would eventually come to mean everything to him. Yes, Charlotte Parrish, sort of like an adopted sister to Brodie and Jack, is also smitten with her first glimpse of Mitch when he stops to help her. Throw in a bad guy from Mitch’s past, a mother-figure in the form of his brothers’ mother, a trio of lovable canines and a rescue cat, glimpses of the characters in the first two books of the series, a romance that warmed the cockles of my heart and I have to say this was a superb story that made today wonderful. What I liked: * Mitch: battered by life but invincible, alone but not willing to remain so, knows what he wants, open, caring and kind – loved him. * Charlotte: perhaps naive but definitely knows what she wants and what she wants is Mitch. She gives as good as she gets, is open, caring and kind and soothes Mitch’s soul. * Ros & Elliot: What a dance these two have led over the years...loved seeing how they end up in this book. * Brodie and Jack: their easy acceptance of Mitch into the family and the way they drew him in. * The dogs...interesting and rescued by the men that saved them * The writing, plot and the way the series was put together and flowed. What I did not like: * Mitch’s suffering as a child then the fall he took that was so undeserved * Newman and his buddies – evil incarnate that deserved a fate worse than death * The fact the book ended and I may never know what happens to the characters in the future. Thank you to NetGalley, Harlequin Romance – HQN and the author for the ARC – This is my honest review. 5 Stars

    Love and a New Family

Charlotte and Mitch’s love story in All Fired Up, book three in the Road to Love series by Lori Foster, was an amazing, wonderful, sweet, and enjoyable tale. Reading this book reminded me why I loved reading books by Lori Foster; as if I am actually watching the story as her words become a movie in my head. Charlotte knew what she wanted in a man and when she accidently met Mitch she knew he was the one. This was before she even had the chance to get to know him. Finding his half brothers was more than Mitch ever thought. Finding love was never something he expected, at least until he meets Charlotte. Charlotte is not only sweet, warmhearted, and sexy, but she sees the real Mitch, not the ex-con. Mitch thought he left his past behind when he moved, but unfortunately, it finds and haunts him; putting his new family and Charlotte in danger. Mitch will risk his life to keep everyone safe. I loved how tender Mitch was as well as a hard worker, deserving of a chance to be loved and to love. Charlotte was the perfect match for him. Ms. Foster is an amazing storyteller who wrote a wonderful story that is definitely not to be missed. She provided a tale rich with sexual chemistry, amusing banter, and endearing characters giving Charlotte and Mitch a chance at love, happiness, and a future neither expected. I highly recommend All Fired Up to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

    Best of the series

The best of the series in my opinion! The author redeemed herself with this book, with great characters, a wonderful story, and memorable interactions. You couldn't help but root for Mitch and Charlotte. They each had issues from their past to overcome, and took time to become friends before lovers. It was great to see the small town mentality of " all for one and one for all " come through in the end to save the women, Elliot, and Grant along with the dogs from the attack. I received a free ARC eBook from Net Galley and the publisher for my honest opinions.

    New Crews in Town

This has been my favorite book so far in this series. Mitch needs a lot of help but he's so use to relying on himself that it will take a great woman and new family to help him. Charlotte is a firecracker! She knows exactly what Mitch needs even when he doesn't. I love how the Crews family comes together and loves Mitch right away. Ros is a force to be reckoned with and I would love to have her as my mother. If you have read any of the other books in this series you will love this one too. If you haven't you will still love this one as you can read it as a stand alone. *I received a free copy of this book via NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review.*
