    Okey dokey

It was OK, not the best, not a well developed story. Chains and pain are not reading material.

All I Am is sheer brilliance.

** Provided on behalf of the author for an honest review ** ** Review by Gayle from Bloggers From Down Under ** Jesse Ward and the This Man Series…..Sheer brilliance, so you could only imagine my excitement knowing that we were getting Drew’s story. And boy it did not disappoint. Drew. Pushing 40 years old, his life is settled. A great job, a beautiful little girl to come home to, and Hux, the club where all things naughty happen with no strings attached. Just the way Drew likes it. There is no room for relationships with Drew, because after-all, he had already been burned and has no intention of ever feeling that way again. But when a young and beautiful Raya walks into Hux wanting a cold and an unemotional man to take her pain and free her from her thoughts, Drew is chosen. Easy right? Drew wants no attachment. Raya doesn’t want it either. They are perfect for one another. But fate has other ideas. What happens when emotions start to get involved? What happens when Drew starts to question everything he thought he wanted? What happens when Raya starts to question if cold and unemotional is really what she wants? You guessed it guys…….You get one explosive, thought provoking, powerful read. What can I say other than All I Am is sheer brilliance. A perfect novella delving into Drew and Raya’s world, and their sinfully delicious ways. A perfect novella that makes you question everything you thought you wanted. A perfect novella that will leave you breathless and wanting more. We are also reunited with Jesse, Ava, Sam and Kate in this raw, gritty, downright dirty novella that I couldn’t get enough of. For anyone who is a HUGE JEM fan just like me, you definitely don’t want to miss this. Perfection. 5 stars

    Loved this book the best!

All I Am was everything I expected from a This Man series offering. It wasn't so long ago I did a re-read of This Man books. So my mind was ready and willing when Jesse, Sam and Drew popped up on my radar. I was NOT disappointed. Once again, Ms Mapas endears your heart to the dirtiest and swooniest of alpha males. And I will say Drew's story stole the show. Here's a man not looking for anything. He is a dedicated single dad. His daughter IS the love of his life and you know it . *queue ovaries bursting* However, there is something so fetching about Raya that beguiles and confounds him. Unable to walk away, he needs more. And gets more than he bargained for. Interestingly, I had just posed a question about novellas with bookfriends. If often hard to get a complete story with either needing back history or left on a cliff. This gem gives you everything in a quick read that leaves you satisfied. This easily stands alone. However, if you fall in love with Drew and his cast of friends, you'll be jumping onto the This Man trilogy.

5 star Review All I Am: Drew's Story (This Man #3.5) by Jodi Ellen Malpas Although an extremely quick read, I must say it was great to be back in the This Man arena. Throw in the fact that Jesse and Ava along with Sam make an appearance and I felt like I was coming home. Loved this book from start t finish, and if you are a fan of the This Man series, you will love it too. My only disappointment was that it was not longer, I just wanted to immerse myself in this world and sadly as this is a novella, it was over too fast for me. As was to be expected when Jesse makes an appearance there is laughter, tension, hilarious banter between the men as well as Jesse and Ave; who would have thought that a daughter would bring Jesse to his knees. Drew too has a daughter and having this in common with Jesse is a good thing, although at times it felt as though is was the blind leading the blind. I really liked Drew and Raya, you could feel the chemistry between these two no matter how hard they fought it initially. At times this felt like a roller-coaster with tension and miss communicating abounding, however after an emotional confrontation Drew and Ava, got their happily ever after which they so deserved. Hopefully this is not the last we here from the This Man world.
