    Best in Series!!!

The third installation in the "Need You" series is, in my opinion, the B E S T!!! While I absolutely adore all of Ms.James' books, this has to be my favorite in the series. Annika aka Attila and Axl aka Ax-Hell, are PERFECTION! I honestly did not want this book to end!!! Annika is the only girl in the Lund family so you can imagine how her brothers Brady, Walker and Jensen are super protective of her, NOT that she needs it. Annika is a hard worker and is VP of LI PR. She is darn good at her job, so good that her mother, Selka (who is a freaking hoot), proposes a deal with hot shot sports agent Peter. If Peter takes on Jensen, Annika will help clean up the image of hockey bad boy Axl Hammerquist. Poor Annika...a pawn in Momma's games but like the dutiful daughter, she agrees. Axl is a hot Swedish hockey player recently traded to the Wild from the Blackhawks...hence how he knows the Lunds. At first I really didn't like Mr.Cockypants, but he grew on me and then as the story progressed, I learned how badly he has been misjudged. He turns out to be a super nice guy, just don't tell him that! Axl agrees to the relationship scam with Annika because he really has no choice, but his attraction to Attila is too powerful for even him to ignore. While I will not divulge much of the plot in this review because HELLO...READ THIS BOOK!, I will say it was pretty amazing. They really do compliment each other and watching their love evolve is truly special. READ.THIS.BOOK! I know I'm repeating myself but it is really THAT good. I plan on rereading it myself, especially the last chapter because that my reading friends, was true writing magic. So...All You Need IS all you need! READ IT! You will not be disappointed and if you are??? Then there really is no hope for you! Now the wait for Jensen's book...

    She shoots = she scores!

After a slow beginning for me....I couldn't get into the story line at first.. I was locked in when Annika and Axl finally gave up their "Let's pretend" games. At first, I found it hard to believe that a strong businesswoman such as Annika would be used as a puppet for any man or any business deal - least of all a professional sports athlete. But once they gave up and admitted they were really interested in each other I was hooked. I enjoyed their banter and it was nice seeing them interact without the pressure of the press, the public, and family. I am a die-hard Lorelei James fan and her Need You series has been a great showcase of her ability to showcase characters. I love her use of family dynamics especially. Can't wait til the next installment!

    Amazing!

All You Need is Book 3 of the Need You series by Lorelei James. I haven't had a chance to read the first 2 books yet so it's certainly not necessary to read them in order. I do plan however to remedy that in the very near future. This book was superb. I loved the connection between Axl and Annika and the chemistry between these two, oh my! I swear you could see the steam rolling off the pages. Ms. James also set the scene for future books involving the Lund family and I cannot wait. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and would definitely recommend it.

    I NEED IT!!

When the story begins with the hero being called Ax-Hole and the heroine being called Attila, you know there are going to be fireworks!!! And if you’ve read the previous books in the series, you know there’s going to be steam!!! Lorelei did not disappoint! Axl is just a guy trying to do his job. Annika is just a girl trying to prove herself to her family. But they need each other for either of them to succeed. There’s the setup!! Throw in an interfering agent,a crazy mom, several protective brothers, a little bit of a translation issue and an apartment building full of nosy neighbors and you have the love story of Axl and Annika. I loved this book! This is not your typical love story or sports story but it’s a great combination of them. You aren’t overwhelmed with sports details and it isn’t all about sweetness. Axl has his issues with trust and Annika has some as well so they both have to be willing to make some uncomfortable adjustments. I especially enjoyed the banter between the brothers who we met in the earlier books. It’s funny to know where they were and see how they’ve changed with their relationships. I can’t wait to read Jensen’s story next, maybe????
