    simple yet delicious recipes

    As a longtime low-carb "follower", this book was both a reminder as well as a provider of some much-needed clarification regarding carbs and how many someone needs based on their activity level. It also have recipes which is simple yet delicious.

    Eating carb isn't totally bad. you need it for energy so your body functions well under intense workout.

    love this cookbook

    Being new to the low-carb lifestyle, this book is my " go to" for new dinner ideas. I have recommended it to others who have seen the things I can eat with the low-carb lifestyle. No more of those ideas that low-carb meals taste like cardboard! Wonderful cookbook!!! Thanks. :-)
