    Alone with the dead

Very welcome different from your average thriller. Will be reading more from this author as soon as possible.

    Interesting storyline

Not yoir usual detrctive thriller and i loved it for that. Loveable characters and great storyline kept you glued to the pages until the very end. My first for this author but definately not my last. Kudos

    Alone With The Dead

Great story, different in many ways to the standard cop vs. the world novel. Well described characters, plenty of action and so many possible endings made this a very difficult book to put down. Can't wait till the next in the PC Donald Lynch series. Highly recommended

    Ramped up

The opening nearly got me to put the book down unread but I'm glad I persevered. Despite the shakey start, the plot develops well and the lead character grows more interesting. There's a bit of a let down when "Guv" spells out carefully what we, the reader, should already have clear. It should be redundant and added little. However, it was, overall, worth the read.
