    Great audio book and ebook

Disclaimer: I received the audio version of this book , for an honest review Alpha Wolf's Pet, Hidden It is a great story Eva Gordon is a fantastic writer in the paranormal books. my favorite saying in the whole book was . “Turn human, now, or I’ll come in and make you my bitch" On that note , Meghan Kelly really brought the story to life with the way she read the book. although the male voices were dragged out a bit too much. I recommend that if you are into paranormal shifter reads this book is for you being in audio or ebook. I suggest both.

Who's Afraid Of The Big Bad Wolf?

I'm writing this as a review of the audiobook and also reading the ebook during some of the story since I have both. the narration was great. I felt like I was a part of the story. The narrator helped bring the story to life. This also made some parts even scarier and some parts so hot I almost had to pull off the road while driving. lol. This author really knows how to tell a story. I loved it. I don't know if I could handle being Mia and having to try and hide away from the mob and also my family. While I know readers always look for different takes on wolf shifters but sometimes come up with them mostly being the same, I have to say, this book had a really great presentation of it. I loved how Mia would stand up to Dominic's neanderthal alpha ways. Sometimes he was like a spoiled brat. She never hesitated to tell him what she thought. I'm sure she can help put him in his place. I'm curious to see if this story continues letting us know how their relationship grows. I won't spoil anything but there's things I would like to know. however, this didn't end on a cliff hanger. And before I close, I want to say, the villain was so awful. at first I sort of felt for him but in the end, I wanted him to suffer and pay. Now I wonder about the king. Will he follow the law or will he bend it to suit his desires?

    Unusual

paranormal, urban-fantasy, werewolves Unusual perspective on werewolf culture and practices. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but I am offended at a person being spoken of as a pet. Some of the disciplinary practices regarding rogue werewolves seem cruel without being decisive. Aside from all that, the imagination is stellar, the characters are engaging, and the writing is very good. Plan to read the rest of the series.

Alpha wolf falls for FBI protected witness

After testifying against the Russian Maffia in retaliation for the murder of her father, Mia is forced into hiding under the witness protection program. Mia leaves her entire life behind and moves to Dallas, but their hitman catches up with her. She is relocated once again to a small mountain town to a cottage right next to the lair of Dominic Wolfe, a billionaire werewolf known as his king's enforcer. Dominic and Mia immediately feel a powerful attractions to one another, but much stands between them. Dominic is determined to learn Mia's true identity without revealing his own, and Mia both fears and desires the dominant-submissive relationship the secretive man seems to seek. Dominic vows to protect Mia no matter what, but he never suspects that it could be his secrets rather than hers that pose the most danger... This book is fraught with sexual tension--Dominic and Mia set fire to the sheets. The plot is lively and has lots of potential going forward. The structure of Dominic's pack is a unique take on shifters (based on my limited reading within the genre anyway), and his role as enforcer is intriguing. The narrator chosen to perform the audiobook version does a good job of altering voices to differentiate male and female characters, however, the low timbre chosen for male speech seems overly deliberate and somehow forced. Still, fans of alpha male and shifter romances will enjoy the opening of this series.
