    Thanks for your feedback!

    An officer and a gentlewoman

I like forces books but for those that don't this isn't one to read. It gives an insightful and accurate record of a woman's challenge at Sandhurst but doesn't really tell a story of the war in Afghanistan after commissioning as I'd hoped. It's amusing in parts and more of a factual account with annecdotes than a novel. It comes from the author's diary and this is evident throughout but I did enjoy it. Not for everyone and it lacks drama at times but nevertheless an interesting read.
