    Another One

Another One is a light-hearted, fun and sweet read. It's centred around Trevor and Shana who met at his brother's and her best friend's wedding. There's mutual attraction but things don't really take off between them until they reconnect. I loved the fact that their story was cute which made for easy reading. I finished it in a few hours. I recommend it to those looking for a fun, light story. ARC provided by author in exchange for a honest review

*4 Stars for this light-hearted romance*

This being my first Aleatha Romig book I didn’t know what to expect going in. This story is of Trevor and Shana. Two people both in the right place at the right time, neither realizing they will see one another the next day at a wedding. They share a night that is surprisingly innocent, but the connection between the two of them doesn’t fizzle out how you’d expect. Neither have moved on, and when they are reconnected, their chemistry hasn’t dissipated either. This is not what I was expecting based on the synopsis but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. To me this was a very innocent and light-hearted read. There was still steam between them, but it was fun reading a slow burn book that draws out the climax between them. It was a fun and quick read and I am excited to have found a new to me author.

    Loved this sweet, light-hearted romance.

Another One by Aleatha Romig is, in the words of the author a sweet, lighter side of her writing. As this is shamefully my first book by her, I couldn't agree or disagree, but what I can tell you is this. I loved it. Shana and Trevor's story left me with a huge smile on my face and feeling truly uplifted and happy. This is definitely not a dark romance, or even your angst driven tale. It was just super sweet, gentle, warm and a delight to read. Both characters were honest about their feelings for each other. Trevor was hot and sexy in a nerdy kind of way. He professes to be shy around women but the moment he and Shana connect he becomes the man he's always wanted to be. Unfortunately, their encounter is on the night before Trevor's brother gets married and due to a series of events, he and Shana have to pretend to not know one another. They were like ships passing in the night and after the wedding, they went back to their own lives. Trevor in Washington state and Shana in London, England. A year later, fate brings them back together at a fashion show in New York. Will they finally have a chance to get to know each other? This really was a fun, fast-paced, but realistic story, I loved that they didn't hide their feelings from each other. There was no angst other than for decisions having to be made about Shana's job in London. I enjoyed getting to know these two and the secondary characters whom I've yet to read, but I will be fixing that error shortly.

    I loved Shana and Trevor!

Aleatha Romig does it again, I really enjoyed this story. This can be read as a standalone, but there is a free prequel called The Secret One which is Trevor and Shana’s meeting at Trevor’s brother Duncan’s wedding to Kimbra Shana’s best friend. It’s a good addition to the story, but events in this book take place over a year later and can be picked up easily. Shana works for Saks, but is based in London. The chance to run the Lingerie Show for buyers in New York comes up for Shana and her assistant Stephen. Trevor is now living in New York, and is bowled over when he sees Shana, and all their feelings for each other come back full force, and they spent all their free time together. This is hot and sexy, and they are great together. This is an entertaining love affair between two people, Shana and Trevor. This is another winner for me, as I loved both characters from the start, so it was entertaining to enjoy their journey to their happily ever after.  I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Another One brings the sweet with the swoon.

Romig takes her cues from Hollywood romance classics and expands on the warm and fuzzies. Trevor and Shana are Sleepless in Seattle material. Another One brings the sweet with the swoon. Shana and Trevor have a connection but no time to explore it. One night and two hearts mark the beginning of something special. Will that one night equal a lifetime?
